My Journey
I began working with individuals and couples and discovered something powerful: the way trust can be built through honest conversation, emotional awareness, and genuine curiosity about one another’s inner world. Supporting people as they begin to understand themselves and their partners more deeply has shown me how transformation happens in real time when we feel seen and safe.
My passion for this work grew from my own journey of growth , self-discovery, and graduate-level education. Through years of therapy, study, and reflection, I’ve come to understand the patterns that shape our relationships and how emotional resilience is something we can all learn to cultivate.
Heartwork was born from that understanding. The insight, empathy, and tools that helped me evolve are the same ones I now bring into my work with clients. My approach is about helping others rediscover themselves, strengthen connection, and create relationships that feel grounded, conscious, and real.

What makes heartwork different?
Heartwork bridges the gap between evidence-informed understanding and intuitive, heart-centered guidance. My approach is inspired by my graduate studies in counseling but offered solely in a coaching context, not as therapy.
